As finals are coming up, many students have to learn to balance doing a sport or having a job on top of studying and homework. In the entire school, every single student has at least two finals to study for but barely any time to study for them. Even though these students are busy, they still manage to find the time to study, to attempt to get a good grade on their finals. The freshman class has the most stress, they have never had finals before and are fairly nervous for what’s ahead of them.
“My main source i]of stress is homework and the amount of homework I have. Swimming is quite a bit of work, there is more practice then other sports.” said June Ebbott said, a Sophomore at GHS
Despite the fact that those two are younger classmen, they still have stress, with new jobs and homework, it can be a lot to handle while the juniors and seniors have slightly more experience than the lower classmen.
“My main source of stress is my back because I’m always working” said Darien Medina, a Senior at GHS
Many of these students have a hard time balancing work, sports and school. Although it’s very stressful, it’s definitely manageable.
