Boys Hockey Recap

The impressive run for the Boys Hockey team has come to an end. The boys took a hard loss against Colorado Academy in the second round of playoffs, 1-3

This was a pretty remarkable season for the Titans. Boys hockey has had a lot of success over the past few years, and this year is just adding to those other impressive years. The Titans finished their season with a 12-7-1 record along with being ranked 5th in the state. Grady Buchanna, a sophomore on the boys hockey team, hads this to say about the season, “ Our season was great. Unfortunately we lost in the second round of playoffs but it was still a really good season”.

The loss against Colorado Academy was unexpected to say the least, but the boys still only had positive things to say about the season. Marshall Spann, sophomore, is also a player for the Titans and he had this to say about the season, “ I thought our season was good, the whole team worked so hard through the season . There were lots of injuries but we found a way to keep on playing hard”. Spann also stated that he was grateful for the coaching staff along with his teammates.

Although the season has come to an end, the boys are expecting to be right back where they were this season when they return to the ice next year.
